When ICE returned to Barcelona for its second edition on 19-21 January 2026, the question on many exhibitors’ minds was whether the move from London had truly settled in. After three days at Fira Gran Via, the answer was unmistakable. With over 62,000 attendees from 162 countries ICE 2026 confirmed that the show’s new home is not a transition, but a destination.
For us at PGS Nova, the difference compared to last year was tangible. Conversations were less about where the industry now meets, and more about what it is building next.
Real Deal Modular: A System That Speaks for Itself
This year we dedicated the largest portion of our stand to the Real Deal Modular and there was a clear reason for that. After several iterations and live deployments across European casino floors, the system has reached a level of maturity where its strengths no longer need to be argued.
Operators stopped by with precise, operationally driven questions: how cabinets connect into synchronized configurations, how the 24″ displays perform under continuous use, how the modular layout adapts when a floor is reconfigured. These are not “is this for me” conversations. These are “how do we deploy this” conversations and they reflect where the product now sits in the market.
What stood out was how often visitors arrived already familiar with the cabinet. Some had seen Real Deal installations on partner floors. A meaningful share were return visitors from the 2025 Barcelona edition who came back to see what had changed. That kind of repeat engagement is the strongest signal a B2B product can receive.
A Confirmation, Not a Debut
The M3 Gaming Table drew its own steady interest, particularly from operators maximizing player capacity in compact footprints. But the through-line of our ICE 2026 was the Real Deal Modular‘s quiet confidence on the floor.
After fifteen years of building automated gaming solutions from the AX7 V1 first deployed at Casino Barrière in Cannes in 2016 to the modular system in front of us today we recognize when a product reaches the phase where it stops needing to introduce itself.
