This April our team traveled to Thessaloniki for the Casino Operations Summit at the Hyatt Regency, 21–23 April 2026. After the scale of ICE Barcelona and the relationship-driven floor of the Indian Gaming Tradeshow in San Diego, Thessaloniki offered something different: a focused gathering of 300–400 European and African casino operators in a setting built for genuine, in-depth conversation.
It was also the perfect setting for a first reveal.
Meet the M4
At COS 2026 we introduced the next generation of our automated gaming table: the PGS Nova M4.
Building on everything we have learned from three generations of the M3 platform and from the casino floors where it has been running since 2018 — the M4 is a step forward in player experience, technical capability, and operational efficiency.
The reception in Thessaloniki was exactly what we hoped for from this audience. Casino operators do not give polite feedback — they ask the hard questions about hand rates, maintenance cycles, integration paths, and ROI. The conversations around the M4 went directly to those points, and that is the most useful kind of validation a new product can receive at launch.
Why Thessaloniki, Why Now
We chose Casino Operations Summit for the M4 reveal deliberately. The Summit’s focus on land-based casino operations in Europe and Africa aligns precisely with the operators who shaped the M3’s evolution over the past eight years — and who will be the first to put the M4 onto their floors.
Thank you to Lucien and the COS team for the setting, and to every operator who took the time to sit down with us. The M4 will be visible at our upcoming events throughout 2026 and into ICE Barcelona 2027.
